• Putting the ball into play: The serve - the clarification of the assignment - provides an understanding of the goal, budget, team, risks and opportunities of the project as well as a feel for the corporate culture. It forms the basis for the project plan, governance and further discussions with the specialist departments involved once the project has been commissioned.

• Distribute balls: During the project, each team member can focus on their expertise. I make sure that everyone always knows what is needed from them, when, where and how.

• Keeping balls in the air: I ensure that no ball hits the ground by keeping an eye on everything: strategy, goals, details and stakeholders.

• Scraping balls off the ground: When things get tight, we find workable solutions together. No one is left in the lurch here.

• Successfully converting balls: Regular exchanges, updates and communication, as well as adequate risk management, ensure that we end up winning the ball, the set and the match and bring the project to a successful conclusion.
