- organisational development initiatives (Operating Models, Finance Shared Services - FSS, Global Business Services - GBS) and
- introduction of IT systems (SaaS);
- and my portfolio also includes the implementation of staff meetings and sponsorship events as well as the branding of entire soccer stadiums.
Depending on the size of the project, I work as the sole project manager or as a member of a project team.
